Performs administrative assistant support work of moderate complexity. Essential Functions Front desk receptionist duties at multi-provider dental clinic responsible for managing front desk area, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, updating patient information, collecting required documentation, taking cash and credit card payments, maintaining patient charts/EHR, and assist with charge submission and follow up as needed. Scheduling post ops as needed as well. Confirming appointments. Controlling the patient flow between the waiting room and clinic area. Providing clerical support for the department, including correspondence and other assignments assigned by the supervisor. Physical Effort Position is front office position which requires sitting for prolonged periods of time. Very minimal lifting 5-10 pounds; organizing supplies and inventories.
