Your role is to connect with them, understand their needs, answer their questions, and guide them through the process in a professional and easy-to-understand way. A Typical Day This position combines client communication, appointment coordination, and benefit education. You’ll manage your scheduled appointments while providing each member with a helpful and personalized experience. Your responsibilities will include: Connect with members who have requested information Schedule, organize, and confirm virtual appointments Conduct consultations by phone or video conference Ask questions to better understand individual needs and priorities Clearly explain available programs and benefit options Answer questions and provide professional guidance Assist members with digital applications, forms, and documentation Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes Complete follow-ups and provide continued assistance Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development What Makes Someone Successful Here? You don’t need previous industry experience to get started. We’re looking for people who are dependable, organized, comfortable communicating with others, and willing to learn. You may be a great fit if you: Have strong communication and active-listening skills Enjoy interacting with and helping people Are professional, approachable, and service-oriented Manage your time and responsibilities effectively Are comfortable using email, video conferencing, and online systems Can stay focused and productive while working independently Take initiative and consistently follow through Are receptive to coaching and feedback Want to continue developing professionally Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, administration, or sales can be helpful, but it is not required .
