## About the Role
I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage my job application process.
This is a fully remote, part-time freelance role. You will search for relevant opportunities and submit applications on my behalf using the resume and application information I provide.
No resume writing, editing, or tailoring is required.
## Responsibilities
* Search for relevant remote job opportunities on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and company career websites
* Complete online applications accurately using the information provided
* Upload and submit the provided resume without modifying it
* Review application details carefully before submission
* Keep an organized record of all applications submitted
* Provide regular daily or weekly progress reports
* Flag questions that require additional information rather than guessing
* Communicate any important application updates or responses
## Requirements
* Strong attention to detail
* Good written English
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and online career portals
* Reliable computer and internet connection
* Ability to follow instructions consistently
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Availability for regular progress updates
Previous experience in virtual assistance, recruiting support, administrative support, data entry, or job searching is preferred but not required.
Compensation is performance-based, with payment tied to completed applications during the first month and interviews secured thereafter. Additional bonuses may be offered based on overall results, with full payment terms discussed and confirmed before work begins.
