Responsibilities Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop and execute an exceptional pastry program. Assist in managing day‑to‑day pastry operations, ensuring consistency and quality. Supervise and mentor pastry team members to foster growth and maintain standards. Contribute to seasonal menu development and innovative dessert concepts. Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for the pastry department. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a Pastry Sous‑Chef or similar role in an upscale or fine‑dining setting. Strong technical skills in pastry, baking, and dessert preparation.
