Rite Stuff Foods seeks a motivated Quality Assurance Technician to join its team. The Quality Assurance Technicians role is to administer policies and procedures related to quality and food safety, and actively engaged as a member of Rite Stuff Quality Management Team, through monitoring, and development of quality systems and processes. Responsibilities Technicians audit the production process to ensure finished products meetall standards of production, packaging, presentation and quality. Technicians ensure compliance with applying written specifications, standards, and good manufacturing practices. Technicians complete an assortment of product attributes daily, including but not limited to: 1. Formulations 2. Net weight compliance 3. Specification compliance 4. Packaging compliance & code dating 5. Control of physical contaminants 6. Microbiology 7. Critical Control Points and Control Points 8. Sensory attributes 9. Direct observations and verification activities 10. Troubleshooting 11. Corrective Action 12. Continuous Improvement 13. Generate Reports 14. Work with SQF/HACCP Team to develop systems that promote quality. 15. Potato receiving Inspection 16. Pre-Operation and Operational Inspections 17.
