The Perks:

• Massive Income: Uncapped 100% commission with top reps earning more than $250 K. Average first year reps earning $85K-$135K.

The Role:

• Meet with the team in the morning to strategize.

• Drive to pre-booked afternoon/evening appointments.

• Use our digital software for in-home demos.

• Inspect from a ladder or attic ( no walking on roofs ).

Qualifications:

• No experience required—we provide elite, paid training .

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Ability to safely climb a ladder.
