BJC Clinical Informatics Department is hiring for Sr. Project Manager. This role supports complex, enterprise-wide nursing informatics or physician informatics initiatives that advance patient care, clinical workflows, and operational performance. The Sr. PM partners with nursing, operational, and IT leaders to drive strategy execution, ensure successful adoption of clinical systems (e.g., EHR, communications platforms), and deliver measurable outcomes across the health system. This is a hybrid position.

Manages multiple or large projects including subprojects and project teams in order to achieve engagement goals and reach successful business outcomes. Project assignments, team size and duration will vary and can be large in scope, complexity and strategic alignment.
