Maintenance AssociateManteno, IL | Hiring ImmediatelyCompensation: $30.00-$32.40 per hourAvailable Shift: 6:30am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday) for training; 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am after training (2-2-3 schedule)Text to Apply Number: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties. Able to use work order system.Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.Identify and understand correct hand tool useObserves mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.Repairs or replaces defective parts.Starts devices to test their performance.Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical drive systemsBasic knowledge of electric motor typeBasic Understanding and use of a multimeterRead basic wiring diagrams, including understanding wire numbering /coding, and symbols usedRepairs electrical equipment.Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical circuits.Lubricates and cleans parts.Perform basic plumbing.Troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, including full understanding of line numbering and symbology used on printsSets up and operates, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.Understand fastener markings for strength in ISO and English formatUnderstand Metric and English description for fasteners, volumes, torque, force, etc.Complete LOTO training.Performs general PM's.Qualifications:Associate's degree (A.
